Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture In The Community

Norton, MA, May 12, 2005 – Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture and Amesbury Chair Company recently donated a dining room table and eight chairs to the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Boston.  The hospital recently renovated a room in their mental health unit where families can meet with hospital staff to determine a course of treatment for their child.  The furniture was given to the hospital to make the space more welcoming and hospitable.  This is Bernie & Phyl’s second donation to the hospital.  Last fall, they donated ten rocker gliders that are currently in use throughout the facility.  Pictured from left to right: Mike Green, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Amesbury Chair Company; Larry Rubin, Chief Executive Officer of Bernie & Phyl’s; Rob Rubin, President of Merchandising and Marketing for Bernie & Phyl’s; and Ralph J.
